The real estate was completed in 1969 and were by that time the largest Hotel in Skövde with its 90 rooms. The estate was completely renovated in 2007 and holds 60 flats and 30 hotel rooms, of which floor six contains double rooms with a wonderful view over Skaraborg. The estate houses a recently built restaurant that has an asian as well as a continental kitchen.
The restaurant maintain high standards and is well visited and appreciated.
